We Commit
To guarantee quality and safety, all Iron Associate, Inc. employees receive a minimum of one 10-hour OSHA Outreach Safety Training. Additionally, welding personnel are qualified in accordance with Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

OUR FOUNDER
Ed Wright, Jr
I started Iron Associates, Inc. in 2011, but my love for this work started many years before that. I welded steel myself as a certified welder at a local power plant maintenance company and had the humble experience of being promoted to foreman. That is really where I gained experience in leading a dedicated team passionate about completing quality work.
I wanted to help the next generation of professionals, so in 2004 I became a professor for the first year of Triangle Tech’s welding program at the Dubois campus. Helping teach and inspire the next class of welders is such a gratifying experience.
After I completed the first year at Triangle Tech, I returned to Powerplant Technologies, Inc. as a Project Coordinator. This is where I managed multi-million dollar projects from plant maintenance to complete power plant erections.
From certified welder to Project Manager, the span of my career has provided me experiences unlike any other business owner in this industry. That’s why I started Iron Associates, Inc. in order to better serve a growing need in Pennsylvania.
